Hi friends! Emily here! I am so excited to share all about our Round 8 sponsors with you! I may be a little biased but our sponsors are the best and I am constantly blown away at how well they love on our attendees and educators. This year’s sponsors absolutely outdid themselves and it was such an honor to get to work with each of them.
First up. Our swag. Oh my goodness. The swag was SO good this year. In the months following registration, we accept applications for sponsors. One of the applications we received was from one of the sweetest gals I ever met, Tara of Avenue 21. I’m not sure she exactly knew what she was getting herself into but I’m so unbelievably happy she didn’t run away when I told her we needed 155 swag bags all three days. We worked together in the months leading up to the conference and while I knew she had a lot of fun surprises, I had no idea how AMAZING these surprises would be. When she put together our mock-up for Day 1 on Sunday morning, Kat and I both cried. It was so much more than we ever imagined and what I would call the “perfect” C@H survival kit.
These pink campfire mugs paired with Simply Jessica Marie’s illustration & our signature pink pencils = Perfection!
We also included these adorable rose & honey lollipops from our educator & sponsor, Shay Cochrane of the SC Stockshop & Social Squares, and these amazing custom @ keychains by our attendee & sponsor, Devan of Nimbi Creative & Her Creative Freedom. Printswell also sponsored the adorable prints of Simply Jessica Marie’s illustration.
Tara even surprised us with these adorable hand-stamped emergency kits. Not to mention the custom door tags, ear plugs, & hair ties.
Tara is pictured on the far right beginning to prep Day 2 Swag with our alumni volunteer, Sterling. Love you, girl!

Next up: our snack & beverage sponsors!
Oh, hey! That’s me! 😉 I am launching an online outsourcing resource next year (you can learn more details here) and wanted to do a little something special to celebrate so I sponsored a s’mores themed snack on Day 1! They didn’t last long! 😉
We were so excited when Sunshine Beverage reached out to sponsor energy drinks for everyone (perfect for long conference days!). The original plan was to bring their vintage truck to WinMock but we had to change our plans because of the weather. We were SO pleased with the outcome though. How fun is this tasting they did for us? They also left us energy drinks to enjoy throughout the remainder of the conference and we were SO grateful!
We had so much fun at our Late Night Treat sponsored by Your Virtual Assistant Co. Think: comfy attire, a hot chocolate bar, & delicious cupcakes! YUM!
We were SO excited when Headbands of Hope reached out and offered to send us the cutest headbands and accessories! How cute are our alumni volunteers, Hannah & Sterling, modeling some of their adorable products!? Use code “CREATIVE@HEART” for 20% off on your order here! YAY!
Next up: Pixel Eyewear! Kat & I are obsessed with our Pixels and we were SO excited when Pixel offered to send us 10 pairs to giveaway! How fun is this quick photoshoot Bethanne did with a few of our attendees?! Want a pair of your own? Use code “Creative@Heart” for $5 off your order here.
April Bell sponsored our official conference tees and we were so grateful for her generosity. April is the founder of Made With Empathy: co-creations that matter. April uses a process called Empathy Co Creation, an approach that fires up the creative flow of ideas and gives you the confidence you need to be successful. You can learn more by visiting madewithempathy.co.
Samantha Royer sponsored these amazing sweatshirts for our staff and volunteers! They are so cozy and we have definitely been wearing ours for the last month! 😉 We also gifted them to our sweet educators.
Next Up: Giveaways!
We always have so much fun planning giveaways for our attendees and we had SO MANY good ones this year.

Jennifer of Green Bee Floral Designs reached out to us as soon as she found out we were bringing C@H to WinMock (aka one of her favorite Winston Salem venues) and we are SO glad she did. She brought all of our floral design dreams to life and we are so grateful. Here are a few of our favorite images of her beautiful blooms! Thank you so much, Jennifer!!
Paisley & Jade has been a part of C@H since the very beginning and every year just gets better and better. Their team drove all of the #P&Jpretties down from Richmond, Virginia, and we are SO grateful for all of their hard work. Thank you so, so much to the P&J team!
We also want to thank Christine Trant and Carolyn Keating of Wholesale For Creatives for sponsoring two of our keynote presentations.
And last but certainly not least, the team over at Aisle Planner sponsored again this year and we are so grateful for their support. Use code “CREATIVE@HEART” for 30 days free & 3 months at 25% off here! YAY!
